Hotel Il Cantico St. Peter (Rome, Italy)

Many guests could not say enough about the friendly staff members and the owner, who were very professional and went beyond many of their expectations. Their gracious and charming attitude was memorable.

Many guests enjoyed the rooftop garden and the smell of the fruit trees. It was a peaceful opportunity to take in the views of the Vatican. Many enjoyed the views and the chance to have a peaceful oasis.

Many guests were happy to have a modern décor in their rooms as the furnishings were sleek and chic. The facilities worked well and there were flat-screens available. The calm atmosphere of the hotel was nice and the airy décor helped with this.

Some guests felt the breakfast could use a makeover as there was not enough choices. There were no vegetables or fresh fruits while the eggs, cheeses and cold meats could be more varied. It was a bit of a let down that the breakfast time was too early.

The hotel's location is close to the Vatican, but if guests wanted to explore Rome, it was a bit too far. The bus transportation was not easy for some as it seemed to get crowded. Some would prefer to be closer to the centre.

Some guests did not like that they paid for a double bed and instead got two singles pushed together. This was not what they paid for and they felt uncomfortable sleeping. They were disappointed with this arrangement.
