A Hotel Icon Bangkok welcome is unlike any other, guests are raving in delight. Staff here truly know how to make one feel welcome and very much wanted. Upon arrival, you are immediately ushered through the sumptuous reception to a welcome drink, then up to your fabulous rooms and the complimentary mini-bar. Personal touches such as complimentary BTS tickets and happy hour vouchers elevate services to yet another level. Guests report that every convenience is smilingly extended, and any problems are immediately taken care, leaving them completely stress free, and with nothing to do but truly enjoy Bangkok. Guests will be returning.
