The hotel is located within a two minute walk from Gare du Nord station. It is ideal for those travelling by train. There is also a hop-on-hop-off bus stop is located just outside the hotel. There are a number of popular Indian restaurants like Saravana Bhawan, Sangeetha, Madras Cafe surrounding the hotel.
The environmentally friendly hotel includes eco-friendly modern designs. The decor is very contemporary, clean and comfortable. Many of the previous guests enjoyed the room furnishings and standard hotel ambiance.

On several occasions, different guests were inconvenienced by an outdated and broken lift. Guests had to walk up several flights up stairs with luggage to get to the hotel room. When the lift was working, many noted cramped conditions, there was only enough space for two people and their luggage.
