There were numerous comments that this property is farther from the beach than guests expected and preferred. However, some opted to use the hotel's shuttle to get closer. If you are planning on walking to the beach, be aware that it's quite a far stroll, but doable, according to several guests who commented about the distance.

Guests said the soundproofing at this hotel needs a great deal of improvement. They mentioned there is a nearby mosque that has morning announcements on a loudspeaker, and that the hotel's windows did not block the sounds well. Furthermore, guests complained the hotel's corridors echo badly and that the sounds were easily heard from inside the rooms.

Guests remarked that the Wi-Fi signal was not strong enough, and that they were sometimes not able to connect to the Internet while in their rooms. However, in most cases, this caused just mild frustration.
