The staff members are very courteous and helpful. With multilingual staff on hand, the hotel caters to a wider clientele base from diverse nationalities. The reception staff members are very swift and professional during the check-in/out process.
There are plenty of attractions nearby and the hotel's location is perfect if you want to explore the city of Paris. It is well situated close to many amenities and restaurants and pubs are close by so you can easily access them on foot. The Porte de Versailles Convention and Exhibition Centre are also within reach.
Guests were very pleased by the hotel restaurants, breakfast menus. The items were diverse and expertly prepared. The tables are all well placed and there was also plenty of seating space available.
Some guests were of the opinion that the guestrooms were not as spacious as they expected. The showers cubicles are also too small and can barely fit an adult, according to a few guests. This coupled with the somewhat compact beds gave the room a crowded feel.
Some guests complained about the air conditioning system in their rooms. A few of the units were faulty and did not operate as expected. Others found the systems to be too intricate and had a hard time adjusting them to fit their preferences.
A number of guests were dissatisfied by the slow Wi-Fi reception. The speeds are only appropriate for light web browsing and guests who want to stream videos or handle large files will find it extremely difficult to do so.
