Guests were very pleased to find that this property was true to its name and genuinely was close to the airport. Many of them decided to walk to the terminals, and loved that they didn't have to deal with potential transportation hassles, especially when preparing to board early morning flights.

Guests remarked that their rooms were relaxed settings that helped them recuperate and get ready to either continue with their travels or see the sights nearby. They also remarked that the beds were very supportive, which resulted in restful experiences.

Guests often commented about how the rooms here were in very good shape and did not have functional faults. Furthermore, guests were impressed by the conscientiousness of the housekeepers and sometimes referred to members of the housekeeping staff by name when reviewing the property.

Guests frequently complained that the front desk employees were not well trained enough. For example, they were inefficient when checking guests in, and got flustered when resolving issues. There were also comments about the front desk workers being cold and not very approachable.
