The reportedly no frills rooms were fine for a quick city getaway on a budget and were reasonably-priced for the area. Many guests said they were well-cleaned and comfortable, often adding that the room design suited solo travellers, couples or families travelling with one younger child.

Most guests felt the customer service was good and said they encountered professional, friendly and obliging members of staff, many of whom were multilingual.

This hotel's location in the Le Kremlin-Bicêtre neighbourhood south of Paris city centre proved convenient as it was easily reached by car and a short walk from two metro stations, enabling straightforward access to the heart of the city and its endless attractions. Another plus was that there were eateries, bars and a shopping mall in the vicinity. The availability of paid parking was a bonus for motorists, who also liked the proximity of main roads like the A4, A68 and Boulevard Périphérique. There was also uncomplicated access to Orly Airport.

The frosted glass doors featured in some of the en suite facilities threw up occasional privacy issues for some guests sharing a room.

Some reviewers claimed the rooms were fairly small with limited storage space; others claimed they had difficulty adjusting the room temperature to their liking. Cleanliness issues were also reported such as unmade beds or unsatisfactorily cleaned linens. Several critics felt the rooms had seen better days and would benefit from a fresh lick of paint or the replacement of tired-looking furniture.

Certain rooms were reportedly exposed to traffic noise, which became a nuisance for some light sleepers. There were also occasional reports of smoky smells.
