Although some said the staff were very friendly, others remarked the staff seemed bothered by being asked questions and were generally cold. This feedback suggests the hotel may need to enforce better standards of how to treat guests.

Although guests were usually aware this hotel would be extremely basic, there were still many instances where they said they wished more amenities were provided. Kettles and hair dryers seemed to be among the things guests were most eager to have.
