Guests thought the hotel's breakfast buffet was a good deal for the money. They appreciated being able to find food for their first meals without having to leave the hotel. Although, guests commented that the selection of items was appealing.

Guests often stayed here because they were attending football matches. They reported this property is relatively close by to the newly constructed stadium and liked being able to get there on foot or by using the nearby tram system.

Guests were not always accustomed to being able to park their cars on site, but appreciated how that's an option here. Furthermore, they appreciated how the facility is gated, meaning they didn't have to worry about their vehicles when leaving them for extended periods of time.

Guests were frustrated to discover that the reception desk does not have staff members working at it during certain hours, such as late at night. Although the hotel is still open during those times, guests said there's an automated check-in system that doesn't always work. Additionally, guests didn't always feel safe and accommodated for during the times when the reception was not staffed.

Guests said they could tell that some of the accommodations in this facility were smoked in heavily, but that now the housekeeping staff is doing what it can to mask the lingering odour. However, guests said even when air fresheners were used, the smell was still obvious.

Guests often said they thought the rooms were boring and too basic. Some comments reflected the opinion that the rooms are only places a person would want to sleep.
