The friendly yet professional service of the staff was more than satisfying according to most guests. The whole team especially the one assigned at the reception area was very accommodating and extremely helpful in providing assistance. They provided useful recommendations and tips so the guests could enjoy their overall stay.
Its close proximity to the Bordeaux railway Station, which connects Bordeaux to almost anywhere in France, is very convenient for all tourists. The property is also near trams, buses and other major transport systems, which are practical for visiting different places.
Guests were pleased with the general quality of the breakfast food offered daily. The quality of food selection was better compared to other cafes in the area. The wide selection of eggs, cereals, croissants, fruits, coffee, and juices were not just fresh but also very delicious.
There was a lack of air-conditioning system within the hotel. Guests had no choice but to open the windows just to cool the place off. Fans were also provided as an option but they were not enough to make the guests feel comfortable especially during warm seasons.
Due to the hotel's close proximity to the train station and other public transport systems, guests can hear the loud noise especially during midnight. Since they had to open the windows because of the lack of air-conditioning system, they also suffered the consequence of hearing more disturbing noises from the outside.
The small and poorly maintained rooms were appalling to most guests. The room size was not sufficient and was only best suited for solo travellers. Moreover, rooms were cramped and only have basic and outdated amenities.
