It has been mentioned that some rooms are starting to look rather tired and dated with the carpets in particular needing some attention. Although most guests have found them to be adequate, a handful have requested a change of room upon arrival.

There are no complaints about the quality of the food itself except that there could be some variation as it can become quite repetitive and uninspiring.
