The hotel has curb appeal. The property has a well-cut lawn and the building has a nice coat of paint. It appears to have been an apartment complex at one time.

You will find a couple of location conveniences nearby. There is a large supermarket down the road with an ample supply of goods at decent prices. In addition, you are near the I-405, which makes traveling easier.

There is some semblance of security on the property. In order to get into the courtyard and rooms you have to go through a locked entrance.

Dirty floor and walls, wet floors, heaps of dust everywhere, and filthy bed linens await you at this hotel. Cigarette odors abound even though they claim to be non-smoking , stained curtains, threadbare carpeting, the whole lot is unacceptable by even the lowest standards of cleaning.

Get ready for the bedbugs and roaches because you will have to deal with them at this facility. In addition, unwanted creatures does not only refer to creepy-crawlies. There are shady people hanging around, including hookers and druggies!

You will be hard pressed to figure out what you can safely touch in your accommodations without it falling apart! Broken air conditioner, night table falling apart when opening the drawer, taps falling off in the sink, broken door handles, and broken toilet seat. This seems to be the norm with variations regardless of which room you are in.
