The bed is the most important thing at a hotel and at this place it's perfect. The rooms are well equipped, but it is the bed that impresses the most. It's not too soft or hard, and many guests have said that it is the best night's sleep they have had at a hotel.
The people that work here are very eager to help out their guests and if you have any problem you only have to ask. There are some issues with getting maintenance issues resolved but the staff are so friendly that it won't bother you much.
There is a shopping plaza within walking distance and plenty of places to eat around the area. The hotel food is okay but limited, so it's great to have other options within easy reach.
It seems that the housekeeping staff aren't as thorough at this hotel as they should be. A few guests have noted that there were some issues in their rooms after they checked in. Things like dirty sheets and ants in the room weren't what they had expected of a Hyatt hotel.
The policy at this hotel is to overbook and then give the rooms to whoever arrives first. Even if you do arrive first, you still may not get the room that you had reserved. Very unprofessional manner in which to do business.
