Guests reported that the rooms at Huntly Arms are spotlessly cleaned everyday and the towels and linens are changed frequently. Also reported was large comfortable beds, lovely views and lots of space to move about.

The atmosphere at this hotel is very light, pleasant and stress-free and this is mostly due to the friendly, engaging and accommodating staff who do everything they can to ensure guests are enjoying their holiday. Nothing is too much for the staff who ensure that everything is going smoothly at all times.

Guests reported that the meals served at the hotel restaurant are very well-prepared with everything cooked to perfection. The food is delicious, hot food is served hot, the portions are large and there is plenty to choose from.

The rooms at Huntly Arms have uncomfortable beds and are never the right temperature because when the windows are open, it's too cold and when the windows are closed, it becomes too hot. Guests also reported that toilets don't work properly, some light bulbs are burnt out, there's mould around the windows, the walls are stained, there is a musty smell, the Wi-Fi doesn't work and there is no water pressure in the showers.

Guests reported that the meals served at the hotel are of poor quality with meals that are dry, tasteless, served raw and undercooked and there isn't much to choose from.

Although it seems like many complaints are made at the hotel, staff seem indifferent and unwilling to make any changes to the things guests complain about. Guests reported that staff simply told them there was nothing that could be done about issues that arose and staff don't seem to really care about guests.
