The rooms are well-sized and comfortable; a large number of guests found that the beds were a pleasure to sleep in, citing the comfortable mattresses and pillows as a positive aspect of their stay. The bathrooms are also in good condition and are fitted with excellent showerheads that produce water at a high pressure.

All staff members are extremely pleasant and personable, providing excellent customer service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that will make guests feel at home upon arrival. They are happy to answer any questions guests may have and will accommodate guests' request or queries.

While the vast majority of guests liked the hotel's proximity to Downtown Nashville, other guest felt that the area in the hotel's immediate vicinity was not as illustrious with some saying that they felt unsafe. However, other guests found that there were some places of interest in this area that included bars and restaurants.
