Hotel Howard Johnson by Wyndham Dalton (Dalton, USA)

The landscape is beautiful and well maintained. You will find lovely shrubbery, pastures, and other vegetation. The location is quiet with a few restaurants close by and easy access to the middle of town.

The motel is clean and newly refurbished with all the facilities good accommodations should have like a fridge, microwave, and Wi-Fi. In fact, the renovations make the hotel look more like an upscale facility than a motel. Rooms are spacious and the décor is appealing.

You can feel safe in the motel’s parking lot. It’s bright and safe, and there are plenty of security cameras all around the facility.

You can hear other visitors, even if they aren’t talking or making loud sounds. Just a normal speaking voice can be heard. You can also hear things like a shower running, a person sneezing, and even their alarm clock! If you have the misfortune to be booked next to noisy neighbors, a good night’s sleep could become nearly impossible. The mattresses aren’t too comfortable either. It’s like sleeping on a piece of board.

Staff members could use some training with customer service. You could possibly be ignored when it comes to issues and non-smoking accommodation could be an issue.

They renovated the facility but they didn’t do anything about the breakfast! It’s the usual boring fare with continental offerings. The choice is quite limited and boring. The food is nothing to write home about.
