Most guests were happy to have a complimentary breakfast for their stay. They found the items to be varied and abundant. It is also presented very nicely and is found appetizing. The breakfast was filling and good for most guests.
Most guests found the staff members to be nice and friendly to them, some mentioning they were the friendliest to date of their overall travels. They make you feel at home and the atmosphere is very warm.
For guests who were looking for a relaxing vacation, the hotels location was found to be ideal. It was close to the beach, within a five-minute walk, and also to the train station and bus stops. Other small stores were also near the hotel.
The hotel has no lift available so it was difficult for some guests to head up the stairs with their luggage. They also mentioned that it would be difficult for people with mobility problems to get around.
Some guests thought the rooms and bathrooms were too small for them to feel comfortable. They would have liked some more space and not feel cluttered down. The bathrooms are also found to be too enclosed.
The rooms were found to be too out of date for most guests who would have preferred to see more modern rooms with nice furnishings. The hotel in general has to modernize itself to attract more guests because some were not impressed.
