The aparthotel is ideally located for the beach, restaurants and grocery shops. The beach is across the street, within a short walking distance. Pier Park is nearby. With the use of a vehicle, the scope to enjoy the local amenities widens and then there is access to various state parks, which are within driving distance. The local area is quiet and safe.

Many guests have mentioned feeling very secure here because the aparthotel is gated and has security cover.

The facilities here, the various pools, mini-golf, tennis courts, spa tub and the gym are reportedly excellent and well maintained. The staff members are friendly, relaxed and approachable.

The apartments are owned by individual owners rather than by the actual resort, so the individual experience of guests varies widely. Most guests here advise that it's far better to interact with the actual apartment owner rather than with the resort in order to get the best out of your apartment.

Some of the guests were surprised to be charged an amount for services like cleaning before they were allowed to enter the resort. This was disappointing for them, mainly because according to those who checked, they were unable to find any mention of the resort charges on the appropriate website. Moreover, it was felt that the charges were unnecessary because many of the guests had to clean their apartment themselves. Also, many had arrived after traveling a long distance and found it irritating to have to go through formalities like this when they just wanted to rest.

Although the resort facilities are well maintained, some of the individually owned apartments could do with refurbishment.
