Horizon Deluxe Apartments offers luxury self contained accommodation of the highest standard. Located in the peaceful historical fishing village of Stanley, at the Western end of Tasmania’s North coast, our hillside location provides magnificent views over Stanley, the famous Stanley Nut and the surrounding waters of Bass Strait. Discerning travellers’ expectations are usually surpassed, this is stunning! Be entertained by what you see through the floor to ceiling windows – a spectacular dawn as the sun comes up over our sleepy town, fishing boats coming and going, clouds floating bye. Watch the array of birds or cattle grazing, and if you slow down enough, you can even watch the tide in the bay rise and fall. It is very quiet, soothing and extremely relaxing. Our guests are usually in awe, certainly don’t want to leave and always hope to return. With modern, contemporary design, each apartment is individually styled and decorated, but all feature a huge oval shaped free standing double spa which looks out over the panoramic coastal views, a beautiful cushion topped king size bed, spacious bathroom with double headed shower, fine toiletries and fluffy robes. Each apartment also contains a flat screen satellite T.V. (45 channels), free unlimited Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen, heating and electric blankets, air conditioning, laundry, dishwasher, hair dryer and ironing equipment. Apartment configurations include studios, one and two bedroom. Breakfast supplies are provided for you to prepare yourself in the privacy of your own apartment. It includes eggs and bacon, various breads, croissants, cereals herbal teas and of course real coffee. The mini bar is extensive and even includes a variety of snacks and delicious ice cream. Stanley is a perfect place to unwind and do very little, though it is really nice to take walk along one of our pristine deserted beaches. Rejuvenate your body as you breath the cleanest air in the world, wander through our historic streets and pick up a latte from one of the café’s before you return to the bliss of your apartment. If you are feeling a little more adventurous, you could take a picnic and drive through the fabled Tarkine wilderness, explore the rugged west coast or climb the famous Stanley Nut. The farmers of our region are renowned for producing world class food such as honey, oysters, milk and beef. Our fisherman deliver a bounty scallops, abalone and lobster (we call it crayfish). These local delicacies can all be found in the local eateries, or you could gather it all from the providore and enjoy a romantic dinner in your apartment.
