The staff within the hotel have been mentioned on many occasions as being very attentive, welcoming and really make an effort to make sure you have a great stay be it one night or ten.

The suites are very spacious and they have separate bedrooms which gives better noise control for those staying with families once the children have gone to bed. The positive reviews all highly recommend the suites as they more than cater for all of your needs.

The breakfast is highly rated as well as dining at the Bistro restaurant within the hotel. The food has been described as being hot, plentiful and very tasty. The bar area has an open fire which is lit on an evening in the colder months creating a perfect relaxing environment.

The hotel has been going through renovation works and unfrotuantely this has disrupted many guests who have stayed. Those who have left reviews have said the hotel should have been closed during the works as the noise levels are too much to handle.

There are lots of reviews about a terrible internet connection. The signal keeps dropping out and this has been an issue for those staying for work purposes. The business center offers all services required but the internet can be a problem throughout the day.

The pool is indoor and outdoor and there are many very happy people who have used it however the reviews which state the pool was closed throughout the stay outweigh the positive comments left by previous guests.
