The motel has a serious cockroach infestation. Guests were horrified to find cockroaches everywhere and dead ones in the refrigerator. A thorough insecticide treatment would help in reducing the cockroach population.
The tubs were dirty and pipes were blocked. There were no extra towels kept. Guests could not tolerate the stench coming out from the clogged pipes. There was a smoky smell in the rooms, which irritated the guests.
There were many questionable people standing outside the motel. Guests were not too comfortable with such people standing near the parking and motel entrance.
