Disgusted guests reported that they were greeted by a smoky smell and extremely dirty rooms at this establishment. They said they had to personally clean their rooms before using them. The bed covers and carpets were stained with cigarette burns evident everywhere.  The mouldy bathrooms were filthy, and offered no soap or hair-dryer, while the kitchenettes included little more than dirty counter tops. Guests added that they found bedbugs and other bugs in their rooms and around the establishment.

Disappointed guests report that their rooms weren't equipped as expected. Even basic such as hangers and toilet tissue paper have been found missing, while the kitchenettes had no cooking utensils for guests to use.

Guests reported that this establishment was extremely dated. Signs of old and badly maintain fixtures and fittings could be clearly seen throughout, including broken lamps, water damage and cracked floors. They said that even the television sets in their rooms were very old.
