The Penthouse on Long is a Backpackers Hostel situated directly on Cape Town's lively Long Street, on the sixth floor of a townhouse. The night life and bars of Long Street are only a few metres away and most of main attractions of Cape Town are within easy reach. All of the rooms feature a colourful and bright design, available are double rooms with private en suite facilities but also dormitories with shared facilities. A communal kitchen and washing machines are provided and the reception is open 24 hours a day, trips and events can be booked directly at the hostel. Further there is a communal TV lounge and for those who are in need of a bit of quietness a reading room. Alternatively you can also relax on the roof top terrace. For those who want to stay connected there is a computer with access to the Internet and if you want to bring your own lap top you can use the wireless access of the hostel.
