This hotel is great for families because it features an excellent kid's club which offers plenty of child-friendly activities including bounce castles, bowling, a cinema, and a pool. Guests describe the kid's club as well organised.
The staff at this hotel are extremely friendly and helpful, most notably the kid's club staff who are great with all of the children. Nothing is too much trouble and they go about creating a nice, relaxed atmosphere for the hotel.
Good, quality ingredients are used in all the dishes at this hotel. Breakfast is plentiful with your choice of a Continental breakfast or a full, Irish breakfast. Plenty of choices are also available on the dinner menu and guests say the carvery is absolu
Rooms are described as basic and not a great value for the money spent. This hotel needs to do a better job freshening up the rooms as well as the bathrooms, which don't even have a bathtub. It's all a bit dated and in need of some TLC.
