Nice welcome from the owner. Very friendly.

Near Wembley.

A really very good location. The bus for Oxford Street leaves from outside the hotel and Wembley Stadium is a couple of miles away and walkable for many.

Everything seems to work, including the television.

An Agatha Christie clue.

There are things that are really wrong here and the ‘mousetrap’ in the cupboard is a clue to the standards that apply. Blocked sinks and poor decoration throughout are additional giveaways.

Not a good area.

A bit worrying at night but at other times, the view of neighbours drinking on the doorstep and the constant sound of police and ambulance sirens, all give hints as to the unsavoury elements of this area.

Be very careful and don’t assume that ‘private bathroom’ means the room is en-suite. It can mean that you have access to a bathroom elsewhere, but the facilities may not be actually in your room!
