The hotel is well situated close to many amenities in the City of Malaga. Restaurants and pubs are close by and you can easily access them on foot. The area is very vibrant and guests will find its nightlife very interesting. There are plenty of attractions nearby such as the Malaga Airport just a few minutes' drive away.
Guests found the members of staff to be very gracious and considerate. The employees treat you with care and try their best to make sure that they satisfy your needs to the best of their ability.
The apartments are extremely well maintained and spacious. The rooms are very clean, beds are luxurious and very comfortable. Majority of guests felt that the kitchenettes were well equipped and roomy enough to make self-catering during your stay a rather enjoyable experience.
A number of guests were quite disappointed by the fact that they couldn't get a good night's rest because of all the noise. Those particularly affected were guests that had rooms near the bars, restaurants and also the road.
Guests who preferred using their own cars or renting one were saddened to find that the onsite parking garage was quite small. Those who found the parking spaces full had to seek alternative parking elsewhere.
Some guests have expressed their frustrations due to the absence of air conditioning units in some rooms. Common complaints were with regard to rooms being cold at night making sleep uncomfortable. Some were of the opinion that the units should be a basic feature in every room.
