The hotel's location makes it a good choice if you plan to explore the area, with many attractions within a 30 to 60-minute drive. There's also a decent range of dining options in the area and the easy access to the I-95 makes onward travel simple.

Guests find the rooms are clean, comfortable, and pleasing to the eye. Each room offers a good selection of amenities, although the highlights include the good quality beds with their choice of soft or hard pillows and the number of cable channels.

Whether commenting on the front desk, the restaurant, or bar staff, guests are complimentary about the service, often describing the staff as friendly and helpful. Notwithstanding the other great features of this property, the customer service was a highlight for many guests.

Although guests tend to find the room rates reasonable, especially since Wi-Fi and parking are included, it does seem that the prices in the restaurant and the convenience store are a little hard to swallow. Thankfully, there are stores and restaurants within easy reach and these will usually offer lower prices.

Although the customer service here is good, guests occasionally mention that the check-in process was slow. This was because one member of staff was handling check-ins, queries, and incoming calls on their own. To be fair, guests often received a free voucher for breakfast and/or a drink by way of an apology.

Experiences with the Wi-Fi are mixed. While many guests did not encounter any issues, others found it frustrating, describing it as slow during the day and completely unreliable in the evening. Sitting in the lobby to access Wi-Fi was the only solution for some guests.
