Guest’s allocated rooms higher up in the building mentioned that they had fantastic views out over the capital, which were especially attractive at night.
Many guests remarked that both their rooms and the public areas of the hotel were kept in tip top shape by the housekeeping staff for the duration of their stay.
A number of guests mentioned that the staff had exceptionally poor English language skills. Those without at least rudimentary Spanish had a very hard time both understanding staff and making their needs known to them.
It was hard trying to find a kind word written about the Wi-Fi system. On the contrary, many guests reported that it was both unreliable, not connecting at all at some times, as well as too slow for their purposes. Many felt it wasn’t even worth trying to use the system.
A number of guests reported that their room was very small. They felt that, given the price and general category of the hotel, the rooms should be a bit bigger. They did not like being crammed into a relatively small space, especially those traveling as a couple or otherwise sharing the room.
