This hotel has pleased guests by being located just minutes from the Ontario International Airport. Guests often visited for the purpose of having a place to stay before boarding a flight leaving from the nearby airport and this hotel catered perfectly for this purpose.

Guests have been pleased with the level of service offered to the by staff. The attentiveness and friendliness was appreciated and guests always felt as though they could approach the staff members about any issue and, more often than not, the staff could resolve the issue.

This hotel offers a host of amenities that guests have enjoyed when visiting this hotel. The health and fitness center is well equipped, the outdoor pool and whirlpool is also very inviting and guests needing to take care of business while traveling have made use of the on-site business center.

Guests have complained that during their stay they were often woken up by neighboring guests having conversations late at night. This hotel obviously cannot control guests making a noise but reviews have indicated that the walls of this hotel don't do much to control the noise either.

Guests were slightly disappointed at the price they had to pay for the breakfast buffet. Some guests were under the impression that a complimentary breakfast was offered but were somewhat disappointed when they found out there was no such offer.

Guests were pleased that this hotel offered free Wi-Fi. However, some reviews indicate that the Wi-Fi is slow and did not connect to all devices well. For guests traveling for business purposes, some experience issues with the internet and don't find it easy to do work online.
