This hotel offers guests the convenience of an on-site breakfast facility. Not only has the convenience been appreciated by guests but the array of hot and cold food available has also been outstanding.

Although this Holiday Inn does not offer guests an on-site dining facility for lunch or dinner, guests still have ample dining options to choose from as this hotel is situated near a large amount of restaurants such as CoDung, Minneci and Restauration Fischer Restaurant.

Many guests have been very pleased with the rooms at this hotel. Not just for the simple reason that they feature splendid amenities, but because they are clean and well-appointed giving guests a spacious and comfortable accommodation throughout their stay.

This may be seen as a positive or a negative. However, the majority of the reviews making mention of it saw this as a negative. This hotel is a mere 50 metres away from this area making this hotel, in the opinion of several guests, not a very family-friendly hotel.

This hotel does offer complimentary Wi-Fi connectivity. However, several guests have complained that this Wi-Fi is very weak and, in some cases, virtually non-existent in the guest rooms, despite it being able to reach that far as indicated by this Holiday Inn.

Some reviews suggest that the staff members can, on some occasions, be rather blunt and it can come across as rude. Although this may not be the intention of the staff members, it has come across in such a way that upsets guests and can be avoided by simple friendliness.
