Although a small number of guests describe the rooms and suites as showing signs of wear and tear, most found them clean and comfortable regardless. In addition, guests appreciate the comfortable beds, reliable Wi-Fi, and Bath & Body Works toiletries.

An unusual highlight perhaps, but guests do mention that they appreciated the underground parking garage, claiming that this offered an extra sense of security over and above a typical hotel parking lot. Guests also mention that it's fairly easy to navigate the garage and find a space.

Although there are some areas of concern at this hotel, many guests do at least feel that the rates are reasonable considering the standard of rooms and the friendly service. Guests also note that freebies such as on-site parking and Internet access add value.

The choice and quality of the food provided on the breakfast bar is appreciated by guests. However, several reviews suggest that the sitting area is too small. Guests mention that the crowds meant they had little choice but to take breakfast back to their room.

Guests are sometimes disappointed by the size of the fitness room and the equipment provided within. The facilities do appear limited to a number of somewhat outdated machines, one of which (the weight machines) seems to be consistently broken.

A number of the rooms in this hotel back onto a store that apparently receives deliveries at all hours of the day and night. Unsurprisingly, the resulting background noise led to some disappointment. Some guests also complain that they could hear noise from adjacent rooms.
