The staff at this hotel extend that famous Irish welcome and will do their very best to make sure that you are having a wonderful time in the hotel. They are very professional but extremely chatty and friendly which is so nice to find in a chain hotel.
If the cleaning staff at this hotel are not on a bonus then perhaps they should be as the majority of guests have remarked how amazingly clean the place is. From the lobby to the rooms you won’t find a bit of dust.
The staff at this hotel certainly know how to feed their guests, and you won’t be disappointed at breakfast. There are plenty of options, but the full Irish is the clear favourite and almost as good as a lunch.
The internet access is not the best throughout the hotel, but this is usually the case with free services. It’s not bad for checking things online but if you want to do some work then perhaps you should tether your phone.
Given that the hotel is situated so close to the motorway, you’d expect very good soundproofing but it’s not the best. There is quite a bit of traffic noise that gets through, and the walls are also a bit thin. Not ideal for getting a good night’s rest.
