Some guests mentioned that they expected the hotel to be noisy given the close proximity of the airport. However, they were pleasantly surprised that they had little to no noise to compete with during the night.

For people flying out, they really enjoy the location of this hotel. Plus, with the Park and Go package the hotel offers they're able to leave their vehicle while they were away. Others mentioned that finding the hotel was rather easy and it's only a few minutes' walk to and from the airport.

Visitors seem to really enjoy the updated look of the hotel since it has a very contemporary feel. In addition, they mentioned that the rooms themselves are rather cleanly and comfortable.

The hotel does offer a free breakfast as well as made to order food during the day and evening in the hotel restaurant. According to travellers who patron the restaurant, be prepared for food that can be a bit expensive. There are also added that the choices are somewhat limited.

For some people who have difficulty moving their bags, they were disappointed to learn that this hotel didn't have luggage trolleys. Overall though, most people didn't have an issue with this fact.

Some visitors cited issues of the front desk being uninformed. Others mentioned that the wait staff and the restaurant can seem slow and even disinterested. The majority of guests, however, didn't have an issue with the staff and enjoyed their interactions with them.
