Hotel Holiday Inn Chicago Dwtn - Wolf Point (Chicago, USA)

The hotel is located in the center of Chicago, atop the iconic Chicago Sun Times Building which allows for spectacular views of the cityscape that can be enjoyed from guests' rooms, the lobby or the bar. Guests are also benefited by this privileged, central location as they are able to explore all that Chicago has to offer with minimal effort. The Art Institute of Chicago and Navy Pier are within two miles of the hotel and the Chicago Loop is within a mile. There is a large selection of shops, bars, restaurants, art galleries and museums nearby and guests can immerse themselves in the unique and vibrant atmosphere of the city.

All facilities in the hotel are modern, well-maintained and of a high quality; the fitness facilities are up-to-date and guests were very impressed with them. The indoor swimming is clean and well-looked after as is the sauna and guests enjoyed the on-site lounge bar that boasted spectacular views of the city and was modern and well-decorated.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that will make guests feel at home upon arrival. All staff members, from those on the front desk to those working in the bar and restaurant, provide excellent customer service and are very attentive and accommodating.

As the hotel is located at the top of a high-rise building, some guests found it hard to find as this was not clear to them.

Many guests were disappointed by the fact that there was not an in-room refrigerator though this was only a minor problem and did not negatively impact their stay.

A breakfast is provided but it is not complimentary and a number of guests felt that this should have been included in the price.
