Rooms have a lot to offer to guests. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are both clean and spacious. Many units actually seem brand new as remodeling has improved the decor and modernized the features.

The pool and sundeck area are very typical Florida and very nice. The tropical and lush landscaping makes you feel as if you are in an oasis. It is truly relaxing and the hot tub and Jacuzzi puts a bonus on top of it all.

The staff is very accommodating and each member strives to provide each guest with a high level of personal service. They work hard to make the stay as pleasant as possible. Overall, guests feel both welcomed and appreciated.

Housekeeping is hit or miss and when they miss, it's a sure strikeout. Moldy bathrooms and dirty sheets are common, as is stained surfaces and lack of stocking basic supplies. When they hit, the rooms are spotless though.

The appliances are old and decrepit. The TVs frequently don't work and won't show any images. The refrigerators either ice up or fail to keep food adequately cold. While the units could use some sprucing up, the appliances are truly on their last legs.

The hotel is at the hub of transportation central. Guests can frequently hear trains rolling by, airplanes flying by, and cars honking by at all hours of the day or night. Some areas and sides of the building are quieter if they are directed away from the interstate traffic, but this is still just a really busy place.
