The railway station St. Johann is approx. 10 km, the public indoor pool Ellmau 800 m and the ski area Ellmau 100 m away. Nearby the Apartment House are shopping possibilities and the ski bus stop. The facilities includes reception with small lobby as well as internet corner (extra charge), ski store room, ski-boot dryer, children playroom, covered parking (one for every apartment, additional vehicles use outdoor parking).
