Guests enjoyed the elegant and restored building the hotel was in, as well as having the possibility of fresh bottled water all day. The 24-hour cafe also offered free snacks and coffee which was a nice surprise for guests. The breakfast was also varied and tasted good.

Guests were in the middle of things in the city as they were walking distance from the Zocalo square and various other attractions. There were also various eateries and bars where guests can enjoy traditional foods, as well as being close to public transport.
Guests would have preferred for the hotel to have a full bar available to use at the end of the day. In the evening, it would have been nice to unwind in the bar after a long day. Guests felt this would be a great addition to have in the hotel.
