Hotel Hilton Garden Inn Toledo / Perrysburg (Perrysburg, USA)

A number of visitors commented that the location of the hotel was very convenient as it is located in a the Levis Common Shopping Centre with shops, restaurants and an all important Starbucks close by.

The staff at the hotel rated very positively overall across a number of sites. It seems the staff at the hotel are willing to go above and beyond their duties to make sure that guests have an excellent time during their stay.

A number of guests were staying at the hotel specifically as they were attending meetings in the area or they were passing through on a business trip. These guests commented that the hotel was really good for business and the staff treated them well.

Visitors to this hotel felt that it was missing a few of the basic amenities of a big hotel chain including an in-room safe for their valuables, reliable heating, exhaust fans in the bathrooms and importantly a restaurant on-site.

The stench of old cigarette smells permeates some areas of the hotel and those guests who are particularly sensitive to these odours left less than positive comments about this experience and suggested that their stay would have been more comfortable if these smells could be erradicated.

Some guests whilst happy with the size of the rooms did not connect to the decorative choices made by the hotel's management and commented that they thought that the hotel could use a style overhaul to make in more modern and contemporary.
