Guests said they were pleasantly surprised by how efficient and welcoming the staff members were. They also worked hard to resolve issues, even if that sometimes meant moving guests to alternative rooms. Clearly, the hotel's employees make guest service a priority.

There were numerous comments which indicated guests were so satisfied by their stays, they would happily book more rooms here when in the area for the future. Generally, this is because the experiences were hassle free, and when issues did arise, staff members were committed to making things right.

Guests liked being only a block or so away from places to dine. Shops aren't far away either, so if you're ready to explore but don't want to venture too far away from the room, this property makes that possible.

This usually was not an issue that made it so guests could not sleep well, but there were occasional comments that the pillows on the beds were not firm enough to give good support through the night. Instead of supporting the head and neck, they sank down too deeply.

You may find that the soundproofing here is poor. That was at least the opinion expressed by many guests. Furthermore, they clarified that this issue extended to the walls that connected each room, as well as the material between floors.

Guests were not wowed by the restaurant for a couple of reasons: They sometimes found the service to be slow, and also noted that the food was far from delicious. For these reasons, guests frequently decided to eat off site after trying the hotel's restaurant once.
