Guests said the hotel's employees seemed genuinely committed to helping them have satisfactory stays. Reported issues were resolved promptly and staff members consistently had pleasant attitudes. Great guest service is clearly a priority here.

Staying away from home means you sometimes have to cope with minor cleanliness oversights, or even request to be moved into a different room if the problems are severe enough. However, guests were pleased at how tidy the rooms were here, and some commented that the attention to cleanliness extended to the hotel's exterior areas as well.

The staff keep the lobby stocked with complimentary coffee and cookies throughout the day. Although this is just a minor detail, it was still something guests noticed, and certainly appreciated during their stays.

Guests were often unhappy when discussing the beds in their rooms. Some said it was not clear how to adjust the firmness of those mattresses, and occasionally commented that even when adjustments were made, they did not seem to help. Others said the bed sheets were very worn, and that the pillows were too soft to provide good support.

There were several comments from guests who said they did not feel the hotel was priced reasonably for what was offered. Even when guests had problem-free stays, they often mentioned that they could probably get comparable or superior rooms elsewhere for cheaper.
