This hotel is ideal for those flying into town, and the hotel can even arrange a pick up when your flight arrives. There are plenty of things to do nearby such as shopping in the Beach Mall or some fun in the sand on Manhattan Beach. The Metro Rail stops right by the hotel too.

The staff at this hotel are genuinely interested in how your day is going and are willing to stop and chat. They are also full of useful local tips that are great for first-time visitors to the area. The superb service makes a real difference.

Usually when guests have to pay for breakfast, they are not too happy about it, but at this hotel it seems that the food is so good that guests forget their complaints. They say that it is extremely good value for money and that there are plenty of choices on offer.

There are more than a few hot days and nights in this hotel, and the fact that the air con doesn't seem to work properly is quite worrying. Some guests have complained that it's not just in the rooms but throughout the hotel.

The free Wi-Fi isn't really up to scratch, and there have been a number of guests complaining of poor connection times. They said that it was better in the lobby, but you don't want to head into the lobby just to check your emails.
