There were many comments saying for what the hotel offers, the rates are excellent. This is not a luxury property, but you should find for the price you pay, it gives you a good value. Many guests noticed that and chose to come back again and again.

Guests were generally pleased by the layouts and cleanliness of their rooms. They usually did not find major issues with either of these factors. Furthermore, some rooms have balconies, and guests who got those tended to really appreciate the extra space.

Some guests mentioned they had difficulty getting an initial connection or staying connected afterwards while in their rooms. Others discussed how the connection speed was very slow and not reliable enough to do work-related tasks consistently. However, guests had better luck when trying to use the Wi-Fi in the lobby rather than remaining in their rooms.

Although the mattresses at this hotel are supposed to adjust for comfort, there were numerous comments that the feature did not seem to work. Some guests even went so far as to say the feeling was so hard, it didn't seem like they were sleeping on mattresses at all.
