Hotel Hilton Garden Inn Frisco (Frisco, USA)

The hotel is centrally located with close proximity to major tourist attractions. You may go shopping at the mall or catch a game of baseball across the street or relish different cuisines at the nearby restaurants. The convenient location of this hotel in Frisco makes it a top choice for business as well as leisure travelers, who love to explore.

The staff is very polite, friendly and accommodating. From answering the queries to quick check-in to solving the problems promptly, the staff proves its efficiency. Guests liked the customer-centric approach of all the staff members especially the front desk personnel.

All the hotel rooms bear modern decor and and very spacious rooms which is typical of a Hilton property. Guests have had no complaints about their rooms which are very well laid out with some great amenities availbel to them too.

Guests were disappointed with the high prices of breakfast. They felt that the breakfast should have been complimentary or else the prices should have been nominal.

Some guests felt that the fitness center needs an update since the equipment seemed to be old. Some of the equipment have been found to be in an unusable condition on several occasions by the dissapointed guests.

Some other minor issues like problem with telephone in the room, firm beds, intermittent Wi-Fi, lack of towels in the pool etc. were reported by the guests. However, these are minor issues and did not affect the overall stay.
