Hotel Hilton Garden Inn El Paso / University (El Paso, USA)

Guests reported that the hotel was conveniently located next to a lot of restaurants and within easy driving distance of stores, UTEP, the Don Haskins Arena and Fort Bliss.

The rooms are clean, quiet and rather spacious, which made guests feel quite comfortable. They also liked the fact that the rooms included such helpful amenities as a small refrigerator, a microwave and even came with mint chocolates as a welcome gift. All in all, guests found the hotel to be a great value for the price.

Guests appreciated the entire staff's warm and caring attitude and attention to detail. They found that everyone provided wonderful customer service, with the front-desk staff being quite welcoming and friendly. Housekeeping was reported to be quick, efficient and reactive to special requests, and the staff working the restaurant seem to be charming and helpful.

Some guests noted that the rooms could use some updating, as they reported a weak TV signal which left a lot of channels to be too blurred and distorted to watch, a lack of hot water in the showers, saggy mattresses and frayed bed sheets.

Several guests had trouble accessing Wi-Fi and maintaining a reliable connection.

Several guests found breakfast to be overpriced and not extensive enough, especially when they compared it to other Hilton properties. You might be better off frequenting one of the nearby restaurants for breakfast, since there are many restaurants and cafés within walking distance.
