Hotel Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta East/Stonecrest (Lithonia, USA)

Guests were pleased with the immaculate condition of the rooms. They are clean, delicately decorated and huge enough to comfortably accommodate a family. With its attractive furniture and huge beds, everything blends well with the general theme of the hotel. The showers are great with excellent water pressure.

When guests enter the building, they are greeted with a warm sincere welcome by the staff. The staffs’ professionalism is noteworthy. Their readiness and willingness in helping guests is clearly evident. Guests were very happy with how their issues were addressed by the ever devoted hotel’s staff.

At the hotel, the breakfast menu was inexpensive and guests had a wide variety of options to choose from. Majority of guests were very pleased with the effort put into the breakfast that was served every morning at hotel.

Many guests were concerned about the expensiveness of the hotel’s room service. They felt that they were way overcharged as compared what was being offered in rooms. A number of them felt they did not get value for their money.

A number if guests felt that the hotel’s soundproofing system was insufficient. One could hear noises from unsupervised kids in other neighboring rooms as well as doors slammed. Most felt that the thin walls didn’t provide much protection.

A number of guests had some trouble making their way to the hotel. Most have raised their concerns on this issue, particularly first time guests. Others felt that some signs leading to the hotel weren’t clear.
