Hotel Hilton Garden Inn Arcadia/Pasadena Area (Arcadia, USA)

The location was found to be nice and convenient for most guests who thought it was nice to be walking distance to various restaurants. There’s also parks and a short driving distance from major metropolitan areas.

The rooms were found to be clean and comfortable by most guests who stayed here. The beds were thought to be cozy and the bathrooms clean. The soft light fixtures were nice and the clean environment was good.

The staff members were found to be kind and friendly by most guests who stayed here. They were helpful and very accommodating. Many guests appreciated their efficient check in and their attitudes were hospitable.

Guests who had the breakfast on-site felt the staff in charge of the breakfast area were obviously lacking in numbers. They were clearly overwhelmed and the waiting times for orders were long and confusing. The morning was not calm and quiet.

Guests were surprised that for the price paid, the breakfast meal was not included. They would have liked this amenity to be included in the price. They felt the price for breakfast was too much or did not reflect it well.

Guests were awaken by the loud noises coming from other rooms or in the hallways. The steps of the people above guests was clearly heard. The noises in the early morning were distracting for the guests. They would have preferred better insulation in between the rooms.
