This spot has everything you need on-site or within a short ride. Although it may look old and shabby on first glance, once inside you'll find nicely appointed facilities and grounds, including pristine beach areas with ample shade and lots of chairs. The restaurants serve tasty dishes of plentiful variety, and there are also nearby off-site alternatives that won't disappoint. There are swimming lessons for which certificates are awarded, a spacious infinity pool for adults and another one for children, as well as a decent gym, spa, tennis courts and entertainment. The cocktails and service at the bar are legendary! Don't miss the sunsets, especially on the beach, or the snorkeling, which is absolutely world-class. Highly recommended: try the half-day boat excursion to explore the magnificent coastline.

Staff are remarkably pleasant, helpful and attentive to your comfort. If you have any type of need, don't hesitate to let them know! They'd love to help out and give suggestions on the best ways to tour the island.

Birds are everywhere at breakfast time, including sitting on serving spoons and trying to steal food off plates (just imagine any beach picnic you've ever attempted with sea gulls nearby.) Perhaps serving it out of their reach would be a better idea for hygiene purposes.

Some of the decor and amenities could use an upgrade as soon as possible, although kept very clean and in good working order.

Plan on detaching yourself from your phone once in a while here - the weak Wi-Fi might make it mandatory.
