If being close to all the action of the city is important to you, you will be happy to know that many guests had positive things to say about this hotel's location as it is within walking distance of the performing arts center and near to other downtown attractions.

In general, most people said they thought their rooms were clean. People also had good things to say about the on-site amenities, especially the pool, spa and restaurants.

There were also positive remarks about the friendliness and helpful attitudes of the hotel's staff members.

You should be warned that the parking garage can be a bit far away from your hotel rooms so you may be in for somewhat of a hike. Several guests said they had issues with parking or did not like the distance from the garage to their rooms.

There was some mention of problems with bookings as well as confusion about certain hotel policies, such as whether or not the hotel allows bikes. One guest said he was told on the phone the hotel allowed bikes, but when he arrived, he was not permitted to park.
