The main focus at High Life Bungalows is on the pool terrace with its stunning infinity pool, where the views go on forever. Wi-Fi is available in the lobby, and parking is also available on-site. Reception can arrange tours as well as Thai massage. The restaurant terrace overlooks the full stretch of Haad Yao Beach and serves both international and Thai dishes. The island’s main attraction, Haad Rin Beach, site of the famous Full Moon Party, is just 30 minutes’ drive from the bungalows. Samui Airport is 17 miles away.
The location, and more specifically the site, of the bungalows is by far the most positively received aspect. While there is a downside, of many steps, for most guests this is more than made up for by spectacular views over the full stretch of beach and the endless sea beyond.
While no guests really characterise the accommodation as luxurious, they consider it more than adequate. Taken together with the amazing outlook, and what they regarded as a low room-rate, many guests conclude that they received tremendous value.
