The vast majority of visitors staying here have had nothing but extremely positive things to say about the hostel staff. The super-friendly and über-keen receptionists earned the most praise for their cheery disposition and ‘can do' attitude.
Being off the main tourist strip yet close enough to Yonge Street to be in the thick of the action within minutes ensures this hostel's location is both convenient and agreeable. Many guests also appreciated the fact that so many attractions in the city centre, such as the CN Tower, Distillery District, Hockey Hall of Fame and Union Station are all within very easy striking distance.
A great many visitors loved the highly sociable and generally quite convivial vibe which seems to characterise this hostel. The ‘Cavern Bar' was deemed the best place to hang out and get to know people.
Very few travellers liked the compact nature of the bathrooms within the dorm rooms. Indeed, they're so small the sink and mirror are actually outside in bedroom!
